Like this is still atrocious to me I am not going to lie . Maybe I will get used to it or be able to customize it more but its very very busy. Not game ender in anyway but damn like I dont need to know all this information or these options at every single moment of gameplay

My only hope is that Insomniac usually have some of the best accessibility/menu customization out there. Maybe they’ll have some type of simplified hud available

oh yeah they got to . this s*** makes me want to do damn near no hud. Miss people learning from splinter cell hud of simplicity and ways to tell on the character that they are like low on web or stealth setting, health all those various things. The last thing I want to do while playing a quick action game is check all parts of my hud especially on harder difficulties . I want to be able to tell by the gameplay. Especially when all these games already do the annoying screen gets red and sound change for health.

I meant more like what they added of brooklyn/queens is probably 20% of brooklyn and queens. kind of like how they still don't have upper manhattan or areas of the bronx

and then we still have pretty much the same map of manhattan that we've had for 3 games now and every other spider man game ever

I feel like there’s probably going to be another much smaller area that hasn’t been shown yet that’ll be apart of the campaign.

For a potential third/fourth game I think they either gotta add new stuff to Manhattan (like Marvel s***) or add Long island and The Bronx. Even then I think they could do like a Miles/Far From Home type game where Miles goes on a trip.

The thing is Spider-Man is so intrinsically tied to New York so it's hard to take him out unless they....

Do Spider-Verse, that's like the only feasible way to keep the game free roam but take Spider-Man out of New York. But a game like that could cause trouble because how would you approach it? Would the Spider-Verse movies and comics be canon? Like there's too much to take into consideration with that concept.

Or they could have the next game split Miles and Peter between Avengers teams. Maybe Peter is on the West Coast with the main Avengers and Miles is working with the Champions in New York? Or they could add upstate NY since Wolverine will be canon meaning X-Men

Their issue isn’t ever location though it’s what we do in the locations . Ai detail , lack of choices or anything that affects the world . No part of me is ever bored with the location of New York itself and there are so many ways they could play with it .

We don’t really know what his final look is yet though.

I am not talking look so much as boss battle / functionality but we don’t know that yet . I just mean they were so creative so I hope he feels very metal gear solid
