ME3 is the best in the series, when considering all DLC. ME2 is massively overrated because of the suicide mission. But overall the story in ME2 is essentially just filler. Shadow Broker DLC is like the only reason I ever replayed it.

I know ME2 is basically a big side story but it's more the vibe that I love about it. The grimey stuff like Omega, Tuchanka, the prison. The Collectors were badass too, their ships felt like a horror game. And of course the crew and their side missions was the best (except we couldn't get Wrex, but at least his parts on Tuchanka were cool)

ME3 was a fun game and had the best combat, I dont hate it or anything, but it was ultimately a letdown. I hated now Vega and Ashley/Kaiden were forced into the story instead of just getting our old crew. The planet missions were short and not very memorable save for a few (again, Tuchanka was awesome). The Reapers also lost all their mystery and felt like b****es.. and let's not even touch that ending.

Mass Effect 2 is about the journey, we could nitpick the story all we want but it’s still my favorite game experience ever. It’s unmatched

I played this series first time over the summer and gotta say one of my favourites games/series ever. Cant believe they made games like this back then and now all sht is mtx/dlc.

Me3 is overhated imo, the ending was bad but the the rest of it was great. Loved the missions in me3. Me2 goat though
