This was me with cod Cold War. Got the urge to play cod one day and new MW games suck so I got sucked into that for like a month then helldivers came out

Remedy wants the MP games to connect to the remedy universe

Control and Alan Wake are connected

Max Payne is theoretically connected as Alex Casey has the voice and likeness but isn’t officially retconned into the game

I have low hopes for this after all the other remakes recently that were complete busts.

Granted this seems to have an actual development cycle that's not being rushed so that's a great sign
