i just started making overnight oats and they've turned out great, but i'd like to try something new. if you meal prep, what do you usually make?
Baked oats with blueberries thrown in an air fryer foe breakfast.
Stir fry ground beef and veggies with Teriyaki Sauce with white rice is one of my favorites

add some greek yogurt instead, plenty of protein and good for your gut health.

i add greek yogurt as well! you're probably right...the powder would be overkill
Ok so breakfast is usually oats and eggs or two eggs and a bagel. Then I have a protein shake. My meal prep is usually rice, chicken thighs, and vegan spicy kimchi. I usually make a homemade chili oil to put on my food for extra calories. If I don't want chicken I'll do honey glazed salmon and potatoes with broccoli

Yeah protein powder, Greek yogurt makes it more thicker then I just throw a bunch of nuts, seeds, berries, chocolate in there ends up being a 1200 calorie serving
