    Muffin pan frittatas with like zucchini and mushroom in them freeze fine. Just reheat with an oven while you get ready. Apply hot sauce

    breakfast: bagel with salami /turkey and cream cheese.

    lunch: rice pilaf and chicken

    Baked oats with blueberries thrown in an air fryer foe breakfast.
    Stir fry ground beef and veggies with Teriyaki Sauce with white rice is one of my favorites

    Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, ground turmeric and ginger

    Rice chicken breast and green beans. don't forget paprika on the chicken and green beans. make a big amount save for lunches.

    Another good one is an improvised curry with rice.

    Get: rice, chicken (could be swapped with chickpeas), onion, garlic, tomatoes (optional), carrots (optional), coconut milk.

    Cook the veggies (onion and garlic first then the rest) season with salt paprika cumin and curry powder. Then add coconut milk until it browns. Add grilled chicken or chickpeas to the mix. Mix with rice and save for the week.
