    My mind does not race/no anxiety/ mood doesn’t seem to drop past a certain point anymore.( still possible just been a long time!)

    I’m calm throughout my day. Talking to strangers, women , I’m just so present .
    It’s almost like life is in slow mo.

    I just heard a quote the other day “ some people watch life,others participate” and I feel like I’m completely participating.

    Being present has also allowed me to just appreciate that small things .
    I’m at peace washing the dishes and folding laundry bruh lol

    It’s gotten me so close to nature too.

    I have more focus/ greater attention span.

    I do smoke, so that makes everything amplified too !( do not need it though)

    Really, I’m just happy bro. No where near where I want to be in professional life, yet I’m so f***in happy dawg .

    Really keen on making this a lifestyle. I tried some years back for about 3 months but still found it quite difficult. Went back to school where there is so much chaos and became even more difficult. Just think this is the long term solution to 5 issues I have - anticipatory anxiety, time just passing me by so quickly, my mind having a mind of its own, not being observant enough and lack of concentration

    that’s why I'm starting to meditate. I clear my mind from the hentai I've been reading. I rethink what I've done with my life to end up where I'm up now. I eat fruits. I rarely eat fast food. But yet I forget one thing that's important in everyone's life.

    My goal the rest of the year is to meditate poorly.

    I often put too much pressure on myself to do it well and I feel like I let myself down when it doesn't go well.

    So I've decided to shift my expectations. Now every day I will hit my goal or if I have a particularly good sesh/day then it will be like I knocked it out of the park.

    Yeah no kidding.

    For me I have a habit of doing really well for a month or two and then I suddenly fall off for just as long and then come back to what I was doing depressed at how I've regressed.

    Trying to hone my emotional awareness and understanding so that I can realize why I quit doing things that I want/that are good for me. I think meditation is key for that.

    Been focusing on my breathing in as if I’m absorbing the energy around me and then my exhale simultaneously expelling that but like willing my consciousness to push past the boundaries of my head if that makes sense

    Basically trying to get more in tune with the frequency out there

    If im not mistaken that was just a document they obtained from some guy,they didnt actually wrote it.
    But if im misremembering id love to read it
