Been hitting 10 mins every now and then, really rewarding and gets me back in my body usually
Also had a really mindful tennis session the other day. Just felt super steady and connected to my body the whole time

Think transcends meditation mightโve peaked for me. Maybe I should try another form of meditation

yea as long as nothing is distracting you
Been having a few unsuccessful sessions, I find when I have those I want to meditate less but Iโm gonna try to power through and have an extended session tomorrow
What does it mean to let go? Like I understand the whole 'acknowledge' the thought part, but is that pretty much it?

I always see the thought as a cloud of words.
I acknowledge it and let the cloud "go" ,fade away.

Going to get back into this and do this consistently. Seasonal depression kicking in and I need to sort my life out lol
Another layer peeled, thankful for the practice once again in a way that I haven't been able to for the past 1.5 years.
Been an intense couple weeks, that I know is just the beginning of a beautiful transformation.
