I do believe I must get back into meditating getting back to at peace with myself. I will be in this thread as a progress.
bro you just really got to stick with meditating daily for some time and eventually it will click. started out being all fidgety and couldnt sit still for 10 mins without getting anxiety now i meditate every day and its sooo calming

Morning:
Write three pages (the artists way)
Meditate
Listen to 20 minutes of Power of Now
Workout (cardio)
Cold shower
Head out to write (I’m an aspiring filmmaker)
Evening/Night:
Read
Workout (weights)
Study film(s)
Meditate again if I feel up to it
And then I like to listen to affirmations while sleeping to get the extra subconscious boost
And then lifestyle choices are:
Vegan diet (not strict, some days I slip)
Try and drink a gallon water a day
No Fap
Try and limit social media/KTT
