anyone got any recommendations/general thoughts for chronic pain
doctors say they can't see anything, so wondering if it's something mental and meditation can cure it 🙏🏽
I’ve been trying to use meditation to unblock some tension in my back, while I’ve definitely felt myself applying energy to the area I haven’t successfully changed the situation
I’d say it’s possible meditation can at least lessen the pain for you though

Thank you, I'm very grateful for the response. It isn't quite pain, but more nerve issues/pins and needles/itchiness, so trying to improve that

I’ve gotten a lot of relief from those kinds of discomforts through meditation, i think you’ll find what youre looking for
I’d say focus on body scan and mindful breathing techniques
I hope everyone has a prosperous week
Life is good!!

It’s not about how long you can meditate the most important thing is consistency imo
Just start doing 3 minutes if that’s what you’re comfortable with but do it every day and it will feel more and more natural, you can increase the length over time
I had the same problem (I think almost everyone does) but now when I meditate 10 or 15 minutes go by like nothing

What emma watson avi said. Just start super small, like 30 second small. Then work ut way up. Its consistency u gotta work up
I first meditated at 18 years old. Couldnt last 2 minutes without getting ansty.
Now im capping myself at 45 mins in the early morning, doing random sits throughout the day. The consistency makes meditation difficult to stop doing once the routine is established.
now at night when im boutta go to sleep i get excited for my morning meditation
So much mental fog today. How do you guys tackle these days?
yeah man mental fog kills me,always happens at the worst times too,i have endterms next week and i cant focus on anything.
just gotta push it through, especially when those bad feeling arise at night.
this one comic i loved as a kid always said, lets go to bed,the morning is smarter than the night

I meditate even more on those days. Those mentally foggy days when i dont feel like meditating, i put down the music and just focus on the present all day, while thinking positively that better days are coming
Think I'm gonna start meditating today tbh I've been angry all weekend and its draining my soul
I need to rid myself of this anger and this stress
Godspeed my friend.
