I’ve been praying lately but my thoughts are always clouded I wanna pick up meditating too where do I start?

U start wit ur breath man. Breathe in and out and be aware of all the sensations. But that comes with time and consistency. You can even start by thinking “in” when you breathe in and “out” when you breathe out. And any sensation u feel the most in your body. Focus on that first.
Try it for 2-5 minutes a day
Meditation very easy just gotta get the hang of it.

There’s nothing wrong with timing it, it can actually help because it takes the psychological pressure of keeping track of your day. You can set that part of your mind aside and focus on the present moment. I have always used a timer for that reason
