To be fair lots of these artists aren’t educated on label contracts, it’s only in recent years that people are spilling the details of how these 360 deals and these label contracts work.
Plus a lot of these artists are were/are getting signed at young, impressionable ages where they’ll cling to the first million dollar loan given to them.
