Brother there is no way you can be categorized as a serial killer and not be mentally ill. I’ve read the study you have that specifically mentioned debilitation and they are referring to what we consider mentally I’ll (depression, bi polar, etc)

I’m saying there is no way a normal person goes out and methodically kills multiple people for sometimes no reason.

That person (whether categorized by the medical field or no) isn’t right upstairs.

i suppose i should have worded my post a little better but i wasn’t expecting 2 have a discourse about mentally ill serial killers when i came in2 a meg & tory thread lol

i’ll just say this man.. if u are convicted of being a serial killer there is only 1 place u deserve 2 be..

& that is on death row. i don’t give a f*** about whatever mental illness u have that caused u 2 commit heinous acts of murder on a spree, u are a danger 2 society & deserve lights out. serial killers have been “studied” while incarcerated b4 so 2 say they need 2 be in a mental health facility just because of that is asinine.

i am not an abolitionist like ol boy i was quoting & have lost some1 2 a senseless crime, mental illness or not, the victims deserve some semblance of justice. if that’s insensitive then so be it.

I feel like she fumbled it. Not being able to explain where Kelsey is in her story is weird. The witness claims to see two women fighting and the evidence of the scene says otherwise (broken nails and chains on the ground belong to Kelsey). Her statements do not confirm the scene the prosecution laid out in their opening yesterday. Even if she did not fight Kelsey, how would she not have seen the fight between Tory and Kelsey which the persecution alleges happened as well.

How could Meg’s lawyers let her say that Tory was on probation if he actually wasn’t and that’s easily verifiable public info.

Defense attorney George Mgdesyan has repeatedly argued no one else will testify Lanez (or anyone) yelled the phrase "dance, b****!" ... phrasing the prosecution has used repeatedly and DDA Alexander Bott began his opening argument with.

Is it weird that I almost feel like it’s more sinister if he just silently pulled out a gun and started shooting at her. At least with “Dance, B****” it comes off less like he was trying to kill her. assuming he actually shot her at all

A few problems with your trend of thought.

1. You’re allowing an unjust system to determine if someone is guilty when there has been multiple time of that same system wrongfully convicting and executing innocent folk. So according to you, you are ok with an innocent person dying because they have been convicted by an unjust system and it makes the victim feel “better”.

2. The death penalty doesn’t provide justice to a victims. Therapy, restitution, etc does in many instances. And if we are being honest, there is no justice for someone that have killed some one.

3. I don’t have all the answers and I don’t claim to. I also don’t think all serial killers should serve the same faith but one thing that I can stand on is that I don’t trust a system of Justice that have wrongly executed people to be the determining factor on who lives and dies. Especially when he victim they are claim king to seek Justice on behalf of can’t even get a voucher to see a therapist for free.

Megan stated that Tory started the argument in the car after being upset about leaving. He started the argument by turning to Megan and asking her “Why you snaking your friend like that?” Blindsiding her and exposing they were seeing each other behind Kelsey’s back

So Tory is mad about leaving the party early and just drops that hes f***ing Megan in front of Kelsey out of spite. Very interesting.

Remember that Megan said in the Gayle King interview, she didn't have that type of relationship with Tory.
