Its just less likely. For one the shooter has a history of violence for 2 theres a witness who sent out a text saying help she was shot and for 3 the victim and the shooter were in an argument

All I can say is for the last year or two shorty has been very adamant that she didn't shoot anybody. Making a diss track towards Meg, talking a lot of s*** about Tory, and she was even brought in before for questions prior to this court case where she was steadily denying it as well. If that isn't enough, Tory has also said that Kelsey didn't shoot anybody so it's like...somebody here is very clearly lying about something, I also don't really understand why Tory or Kelsey would have a reason to try and protect one another when they can both be facing jailtime.

All in all these people are dumb as hell and I really think it's best to just get the popcorn and enjoy the show lol

Yesterday Meg actually contradicted the prosecutor's account of where she was when she was shot.

Kelsey needs to confirm the prosecutor's story not Meg's. Or it will be hard to get a convinction imo.

The prosecution will need to present the evidence of Kelsey's message and Kelsey will have to be cross examined before we can say if it's "over" or not.

This is not even getting into Meg denying (not remembering) fighting Kelsey or not saying if Tory and the driver beat up Kelsey. Even though there's witness testimony for both things. I don't understand why she's not saying this stuff.

You go to trial and your main selling point for is that you found a bloody knife in his safe. He is the only one with a key to the safe. He has no alibi for the day of the Murder so most likely he is guilty.

During the trial it is discovered that the area where the knife was discovered weren’t under the scope of the warrant and therefore that evidence is thrown out.

If that was your only solid evidence and everything else is circumstantial, that person walks on a technicality.
