What we know:

• a 5 foot 2 inches, balding man was smashing two friends.
• the besties fought over the tiny man
• someone pulled a gun
• a window was broken
• the feet of the tall girl got injured
• tall girl claims it was glass
• tall girl claims it was bullets
• doctor claims wounds were superficial
• witness claims seeing two girls fighting 1 super tall girl and a normal size one
• alleged victim gets back into SUV with said shooter

What we need confirmed:

• who fired the gun?
• was the tall girl really injured by the bullet or the glass?
• if tall girl lied what happens?
• if short man found guilty how many years he getting?
• was Kylie Jenner actually feeling Tory?

Yeah that makes zero sense. If I was his attorney I would ask the Jury that question.

I think it’s pretty obvious that it was an accident likely due to the alcohol in his system. The story that Meg originally gave is that she protected Tory by saying it was glass but when Tory started spreading stories to the blogs, she decided to press charges on him
