When Meg came on the stand, the most important thing she needed to do was appeal to the emotions of the jury as a witness.
According to Milagro (pro Tory) and Dennis Byron (pro Meg) who was AK's stream, Meg was very animated and "delivered when it mattered" after lunch.
Her line about how she would've rather died than deal with what happened after the night was apparently powerful to the jury.
On paper, it looked bad for her because of the contradictions and inconsistencies but that's why having video would've been more helpful because we can assess the mood of the courtroom.
Her performance in the second half was pretty convincing and Tory's defense did not go too hard during the cross examination.
The prosecution did what they needed to do in day 2 but all that was erased in day 3 because of Kelsey.
Fair assessment. I think when the jury goes over the notes from the trial before making the decision the inconsistencies will be discussed behind closed doors.

Assuming the firearm was accidentally discharged during a struggle, then Meg is a liar for saying she witnessed Tory alone shoot her in the feet with Kelsey not in sight.

Childish Gambino is definitely cared about a lot, especially since he’s pivoted more into the film/TV industry.
And sure, those 30 are all top of the top A listers. My point is that Meg is a B lister at worst, not a “Z lister”.
ASAP Rocky and Brittany Griner are both B list (at best) celebrities as well and they both had massive media coverage for their imprisonments

Tory's lawyer, George Mgdesyan, said while he was "initially told (Stogner) was fired," turns out he's on administrative leave instead
Judge Herriford said asking about the off-duty incident behind Stogner's arrest would be "far more prejudicial than probative"
