The text msgs are great for the prosecution and partly incriminating, but they don't reveal enough to go beyond a reasonable doubt
She's already answered why she said what she said in the messages
Prosecution has to answer for why Tory's the shooter despite Kelsey having GSR on her and saying she herself didn't see Tory do it.

Just want to say I think it's wild that the prosecution did not speak to Kelsey until the found out the defense was going to paint her as the shooter.
She's your #1 witness, why would her testimony not be relevant?
