Judge gave prosecutors the go-ahead to play the audio for the Jury. He clearly doesn’t believe Kelsey and I don’t think the jury does either.

Tory may not get charged for shooting Megan but he will be charged for having possession of a firearm. As for Kelsey I don’t see her getting away with all the lies. She’s lied about things that’s proven to be true. ( lied about seeing Meg bleeding limping when there’s video evidence of her right across from Meg asking her she’s okay as she’s questioned by police.

the prosecution's story of events contradicts what meg has testified

meg's story of events contradicts what kelsey initially and has now testified

kelsey's story of events contradicts what she promised to testify for the prosecution

there are 4 different narratives that have been presented during the prosecution's case in chief and we've yet to hear from the defense's key witnesses. it's safe to say their case fell apart from the start
