Always felt a lil racist

No it's not lol. Wasn't made under oath and her conflating statements essentially make her worthless as a witness.

I am not sure how Kelsey's interview is taken as truth...and her testimony on the stand isn't.

If she was compromised last week, then she could have been compromised in September, when she had 2 years+ to prepare her version of events that could have protected her.

You can't take the interview (without any police presence) as valid and take the testimony under oath as BS.

They gave her immunity, she was under oath, and she still outright said she didn't see Tory shoot meg, said she panicked and doesn't know why she sent those text msgs, and pled the 5th in regards to her comments responding to Tory saying "I'll shoot you"

Pretty damning s*** if you ask me

But nothing will happen to Kelsey because she played the "I don't remember" card. Can't prove that she's lying, other than her literally saying that she did in that interview

Your second comment is valid that it calls her credibility into question however their is a reason that she would lie because she is the WIFE of 1501 Entertainment CEO who are already in a legal battle with Meg. Also Her reason for coming to the interview is because “Meg didn’t defend me in any of her statements”

3rd The Burden of Proof for Criminal Trials are beyond a reasonable doubt but there’s three people with who at one point accused Tory of shooting Meg. Tory has been accused of paying mfs off or at least attempting to. And he’s sent multiple messages to different people apologizing. Immediate texts from the situation says Tory did it. The evidence on the brink right now but its close.

I think Tory shot her but it is possible that there was a struggle for the gun with Kelsey.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure nothing would happen to her.

In court, they told her almost verbatim that she would not, under any circumstance, be prosecuted for this crime so long as she doesn't lie about the events of that night under oath

I believe that Tory shot her and that Kelsey severely downplayed her involvement, hence her switching up under oath. Not her being paid off, or having a grudge against Meg. She under oath, with the threat of perjury said that she didn't get paid for her testimony 🤷🏿‍♂️. So how then, can one say her testimony was tainted...but the September interview wasn't?

To me, the only real facts that matter is the lack of conclusive evidence with DNA, and residue being on both Tory and Kelsey. That's reasonable doubt to me, period.

Trial broke for lunch about 10 minutes early after prosecutors cruised through two witnesses in 40 minutes. Jurors already are familiar with both: The first was LAPD Officer Sandra Cabral, who was one of the officers who pulled Tory's Escalade over after the shooting.

Prosecutors recalled Officer Cabral as a witness to introduce additional body camera footage showing Kelsey after police stopped them. "She was distraught, crying" asked Meg if she was OK. In cross, Tory's lawyer asked her if she say Tory's demeanor, and how upset he was.

The lack of DNA just means they probably cleaned the gun afterwards.

It's irrelevant in that you can't actually prove that her involvement with has any barring on the outcome of the case. It's fodder, in that regard
