GSR doesn’t mean much because you can get it just by being in the vicinity of the gun which we know Kelsey was. Kelsey is clearly an unreliable witness, that’s why I said Tory’s driver was the missing link. There’s no real concrete evidence proving Tory’s innocence

But she herself said she didn’t see him shoot her lol y’all viewing it from one pov and completely ignoring what she said and did under oath
She explained the text msgs and s***
She explained why she said what she said in that September under oath
If you’re gonna ignore that then I got nothing for you but there’s no way IMO you can arrive at beyond a reasonable doubt if you digest what she said under oath
If she say she didn’t see Tory do it, and they can’t prove that Tory’s dna on the gun, then that ‘should be’ reasonable doubt

Some people think if you frame someone for a crime you should get the punishment they would've got and I don't think that's a bad take. It will prevent more innocent people from being falsely imprisoned in the future and that's good

This is why it's hard to take you seriously because name calling and finger pointing doesn't make your argument anymore convincing. You're just arguing in bad faith and don't recognize any nuance in life. Tory and Meg are both liars and arguably not very good people but we can acknowledge Tory is innocent without being an loser and not believe Meg while still standing with most women, who tell the truth, it's not black and white
