MechXYZThe man claims Tory shot in the air. I think he did so for everyone to stop fighting. That claim can be backed up becuase again they found shell casings far away from the scene.
What I don't understand is if kelsey shot closer at Meg or towards the ground to hit her feet. We need to hopefully get clarity on how far she was from Meg. The guy says Kelsey beat the s*** out of Meg.
Another key thing is that Megan had no shoes on. EJ testified she didn't have shoes on most of the time that night. And in the video we saw of them exiting the vehicle she didn't have on shoes. I'm starting to think she was cut by glass on her foot. I remember reports when it first came out of glass being in the car or something. Plus they're all out in the street too.
He said Tory was firing all over the place, he didn’t say it was in the air but it probably was to break up the fight. Maybe he was too drunk and accidentally hit Megan with a warning shot
