Zepeda said we simply don't know if Tory Lanez's DNA was on the handgun that fired the five bullets the night Megan Thee Stallion was shot. Zepeda also said he disagrees with the expert's testimony that one of the four DNA profiles on the gun has to be female.

He also said it wouldn't be accurate to say Lanez's DNA WAS on the gun, (which prosecutors haven't said).

The highlight of the afternoon probably occurred after the jury left and Bott complained to Judge Herriford that Tory's lawyer George Mgdesyan said to him today, "Keep smirking and see what happens." Bott said Mgdesyan has conducted himself unprofessionally this entire trial.

Bott said Mgdesyan said that to him after his cross-examination of Sean Kelly the neighbor. He said Mgdesyan has been muttering under his breath and regularly calling him names such as idiot and also something much more offensive in chambers.

he described bones and tendons not being hit, which could only be explained by either the bullet missed completely or she was grazed/hit by fragments.

This is something I feel confused a lot of people.
Nobody really questioned whether she was injured. People questioned her saying she was hit and punctured directly in her feet, which is incorrect.
Bullet fragments of rounds, intentionally fired or not, lead to the lacerations and fragments able to be lodged in her feet via ricochet.
There would be way more damage otherwise, and that’s what Tory was trying to say.
