I just think they said disabled because August's health problems are public knowledge at this point. Whether Tory's d***riders like it or not, August Alsina very clearly fits the bill of a person who is disabled. The only people who can be mad about that and its "framing" are people who know Tory is in the wrong for that, know it makes him look bad, but can't do or say anything else to defend it. So all they can do is complain.

I guess I’m not as familiar with the ways that he’s disabled from the disease but I believe you. To be fair to whoever’s complaining, it’s pretty uncommon to call a person with that type of disease disabled; I feel like just saying they are “sick” or ill is more common even if they are disabled from their illness. I feel they are treated as different things
