They have to take both her September interview and her witness testimony into consideration.
I'm guessing the jury had a debate on which one to trust more and they asked for the transcript from the September interview.
which makes no sense. would she be able to get charged for lying under oath then? or is she also immune to that.
i think her being immune or whatever to being charged is huge red flag
