The Darkest AngelYall don't get the precedent this just set. Your DNA doesn't have to be on the gun to convict you of shooting someone. Witnesses saying it was a tall woman shooting while you stood behind her doesn't matter. We're in for dark times if this isn't overturned on appeal. This could be any of us walking by a robbery or murder and then we get picked up. It's over but that won't matter until you realize it could happen to you
