The entire case relies on her on how she behaves on the stand today.If she lies under oath or her story is again inconsistent she will get it will not go well for her.
If she is calm and composed and extremely consistent and has answers for her discrepancies she could potentially win.
Tory is overall, in a good spot as his lawyer has the ability prove there is enough doubt on who fired the weapon. The most damning evidence against him is the text messages from Kelsey to the bodyguard.

soapmanwunI'mma be honest I think they all got into it because somebody got jealous and Meg tried to fight Kelsi and Tory shot at her but didn't mean to hit her, but some of the shrapnel still got in her foot
this is the only thing that would explain all the weird stuff like why Kelsi and Meg apparently don't fw each other anymore even though Kelsi is still saying Tory did it
IMO this is what happened as well - the gun probably fired by them fighting for it. I think Kelsey is only taking the stand because she realizes that if Tory is deemed innocent everyone looks at her as the shooter. She is simply trying to save herself here.
