To think you’d wager your freedom due to the hypothetical weight of public opinion.. is foolish to say the least. Was it really Kelsey though? Why claim Megan was never shot and protect kelsey by saying she didn’t do it at one point. If she was truly the lone shooter, it just doesn’t make sense. I think Tory only got the idea to pin it on Kelsey towards the trial date
