Based on what I've read, Kelsey testified she never witnessed the shooting. Kelly said he never saw Tory shooting a gun, he just saw flashes. How does that = "Meg, Kelsey and the witness said they all saw him shoot the gun" ?? And before anyone in here accuses me of defending Tory/being in denial or other ad hominems, I actually believe Megan's testimony is the closest to what happened that night and Tory did shoot at her

Kelly claimed that he saw Kelsey fire 1 shot then Tory fires 4-5 shots while yelling angrily. Obviously Kelsey witnessed the shooting, she was literally there and Megan was in fact shot. Kelsey never said that “she didn’t witness the shooting” she said that she can’t recall the details of that night and that she lied in her initial testimony but she never clarifies what she lied about. She only specifies that she didn’t witness Tory saying “dance b****” but otherwise she doesn’t provide any new information. So her initial testimony was all we had to use from her and the texts she sent right after the shooting saying that “Tory shot Meg”. That’s what the Jury looked at when deliberating this case. Also you know easy it is to get GSR on yourself? She literally just has to be in vicinity of the gun being fired which according to accounts, she should be. They don’t ever specify how much GSR was found on Tory and Kelsey which was likely left out for obvious reasons.

Kelly's testimony is confusing. At some points he says he never saw a gun, he saw a gun in Tory's hands, he thought it was fireworks after he saw a gun
But according to his version, Kelsey also shot the gun. You can't ignore that part of his testimony if you're going to believe him about Tory shooting the gunFWIW I think Kelsey's September interview is more honest than her testimony in court
And I brought up the GSR after I said I agree with Megan's version because if I'm not mistaken, she says she was walking away from the car and then Tory started shooting at her while hanging outside the window of the car.
