Like yea there’s for sure weirdos out there who wanted to preemptively rule the case based on gender dynamics but that’s such a small minority of people within the wider the discourse over the case (esp re: people who weren’t just full wholesale on who was/wasn’t guilty/innocent) that chalking up all those people to like entire extrapolations is just weird to me. Like you can find people online making basically any argument. There’s some people who unironically think roc nation played a role in influencing the trial

STEPPA PIGSo the fight between Meg and Kelsey - did it happen or not? And why is there contradictory statements about this? The witness testifying that Kelsey shot the gun first before Tory, what was that about? I'm not too clear on Megan's testimony, but I believe she said she was walking away from the car and Tory hung out the window shooting at her. Why is this different from other testimony?

Also just to add to this a lot of people are just hooked on scandal. The idea of someone making an accusation and actually being the liar and there being some personal conspiracy involved is just more scandalous and cinematic and it’s not surprising people really wanted that to be reality

I think everybody on both sides agree all three of them have lied at some point or at least have a bad recollection of that night. They were all extremely drunk lol makes sense they wouldn't remember s*** that well
The alleged fight between Meg/Kelsey never really mattered to me personally. If she shot her as a result of a fight what would be her motivation to blame Tory and not Kelsey?
