Why is it that Men make more money and hold better positions than women? It’s because Men control most societies and have done so for the past 2000 years or so.
I can’t speak to more specialized technical fields, but men make more in manual labor fields because they simply can do more and put up with more physical stress. It isn’t rocket science.
Women I believe can deal with more mental stress than men though so they deserve more in fields that inflict more mental fatigue.
