I can’t speak to more specialized technical fields, but men make more in manual labor fields because they simply can do more and put up with more physical stress. It isn’t rocket science.
Women I believe can deal with more mental stress than men though so they deserve more in fields that inflict more mental fatigue.
Manual Labor isnt the majority of the workforce though?
I'm talking about most careers and jobs.

I said he looks confident and smiling at the end of the court yesterday and that was interesting to me because of the amount of time hes possibly facing. Almost as if he knows hes innocent.
