Anyone else feel uncomfortable reaching out to the people that care for you when it gets really bad? Tonight was mentally probably one of the hardest in my life and even tho my friends uplifted me I just feel guilty. I hate putting this burden upon the people that I want to be happy. Makes me feel selfish.

The universe/whatever you believe runs this life thing tests all of us bro. Some of us get short form tests, same take longer. Some get a combo of both but we all gonna step on the face of whatever’s bringing us down and walk right over it one day

I dosed out on sugar bad the past month. That sadness feeling will envelope you. 😓 Now, I’m paying the price. I cut candy off cold turkey(so far one day) . And now the mood and energy shift has plummeted me. Don’t ever do this and not work out. Hands went to being ice cold. 😳

In fact, if you have candy, take the wrappers off and bury it in the ground or chuck it trash, a body of water. Amazon prime has made it difficult to quit. I bought a 350 piece bag of jolly rancher’s. 😒

I tried to kill myself, reallized my mistake at the last moment, got through it with prayer and since then I have never felt more alive

but thats just nitpicking my 1st world problems.....there's people with real problems out there and my misery tendecies are just the pathetic crying of a child that doesnt get its way
