The problem is that you need informed people to make logical decisions based on their needs and each area should have a majority of similar needs between people. Therefore anybody repping all that should logically get elected. Then you got rich people financing campaigns that are against helping people and those politicians have a bigger reach with that money and can manipulate people easily so they get voted in and make sure that the idiots that voted em in stay idiot by ruining everything and any progress. Next election same thing happens.

We just gotta find a way to make stupid and lazy people actually care for once and somehow develop their critical thinking to even wonder if the bullshit they're being told is true and we need them to have the intelligence to think of googling some of those claims.
