Is there a secret ending or boss you get by getting 100%? I never bother with fully completely Metroid games cause I don't care about more missle tanks or power bombs. I love to explore and collect the s*** I'm able to when I back track and progress, but after awhile it's just time to get a move on lmao

kinda spoilery but after beating the game you unlock hard mode and in that mode it’s beneficial to collect as much as you can because it’s brutal without everything, but on first playthrough it’s not necessary

In terms of a secret or bonus you unlock, there’s nothing like that

the loading screens when you travel to different areas the art direction is on f***in POINT

I do appreciate Nintendo making a game that still manages to be hard on its own even to the people who grew up with the series.

Makes me wish they'd do the same with Pokémon where they tried it in Gen 5 then dropped jt entirely and made the games easier than ever
