So KTT seems to be ripe with provable garbage in regards to the accusations around Michael Jackson. Thought I'd begin to clear the air, and hopefully begin to educate on how Michael Jackson might be the victim of the biggest witch hunt in modern media history.

Fact: The 1993 insurance settlement did not stop the criminal investigation. Jordan Chandler co-operated for a further 5-6 months after the settlement. The settlement agreed by both parties, was not an admission of guilt. Michael Jackson actively fought to have criminal proceedings go ahead first, which is now law. In fact, the day after the settlement in a statement from team Chandler, "The boy’s lawyer insisted that “nobody’s bought anybody’s silence” and that his client will continue to cooperate in a criminal investigation against Jackson.”

To get the case heard by a civil jury, Chandler's lawyer filed a 'Motion for Trial' preference - ''This is a special request to have the trial heard within 120 days after the motion is granted”. AKA - give us quick money.

Lie #2: MJs p**** was accurately described by Jordan Chandler in 1993

Truth: In 1994, the prosecution seeked to gain MJs medical records and asked Katherine Jackson, his mother, if Jackson had 'altered' his p****. He also would've been arrested on the spot during the December 1993 strip search. The p**** described was circumcised, MJ was not. The only 'close' description was that MJ had vitiligo. But anyone with a brain knew that anyway.

I've literally proven in this very thread that there was no child p***ography ever found at Neverland.

60+ officers raided Neverland in 2003 and found nothing credible. They had to use those books, widely available on Amazon, as 'proof of an interest in children'. 10,000+ books in an entire library at Neverland.

Jackson would've been convicted there and then if anything was found. There were no 'loopholes' to benefit Jackson.. if anything they did everything possible to get a conviction in 2005, such as the introduction of the lesser charges and the introduction of the Prior Bad Acts to desperately throw everything they could hoping something would stick.
