So, as you guys know I made my series of threads on how Michael Jackson was not only innocent, but the victim of extortion. Filled with court documents and other evidence I tried to inform on what the mainstream media refuse to report.

Here we are again, as the Michael Jackson Estate had a huge day in court yesterday as one half of the accusers in the mockumentary Leaving Neverland, James Safechuck, has had their case dismissed.

James Safechuck gained notoriety after accusing Michael Jackson of molesting him in a building that didn’t exist. This is the credibility you are dealing with here.

I highly doubt you will see this plastered all over the media the same way Leaving Neverland was, but for those interested in the accusations - Michael Jackson, and the truth, prevail yet again.

TL:DR - James Safechuck, one of the Leaving Neverland accusers has been thrown out of court. Only Wade Robson is left and that is also a ticking time bomb.

The burden of proof is with the accuser. I’m sorry but so many inconsistencies only prove one thing to me.

Idk man there’s just so much sus s*** that is true. I’m not someone who says he did s***, but I won’t say he didn’t either.

And it’s not like there’s any actual evidence that could ever come out at this point unless there’s literal photos/videos. It would just be hearsay.

Even back then, it’s incredibly hard to prove stuff like that.... not to go into detail but.... say he just laid in beds with the boys and they laid naked and had placed his hand on their privates or had them place their hands on his while they slept.

That’s still child molestation/pedophile s*** and that would be literally impossible to prove, even at the time. It would just be their word against his.

what are u even saying lol. literally any public figure could have hypothetical kids who they molested and just didn't come out abt it yet. just because u can imagine an impossible to prove hypothetical that makes the person in question a pedo doesn't mean s***.

by the same logic, calling u a potential pedophile is totally justified bc we just don't know abt ur victims yet.

I've never seen good explanations for most of these, particularly number 5 and 6. Anyone? 8 and 9 are real bleak.

Ad hominem attacks don't really help me out here. I just want to know if there are good reasons, I still love MJ but there's a lot of bad and seemingly undeniable facts about him.

MJ was not only innocent in this but innocent as a whole. bro was pure of heart & unfortunately in this world, that only gets you exploited. happy to hear all of this
