Thank you for keeping his legacy alive and well despite all the negative trash he had to endure through his fame. So sad to see his name getting trashed well past his death. Corporations cannot be direct perpetrators, he said.”
To be fair, this was dismissed because it was a lawsuit against MJ’s companies and the judge believed that a company cant be held accountable for the actions of their individual employees.
It is not a ruling on guilt, or lack of evidence, or whether MJ actually molested Safechuck or not.
Considering OP has literally every single fact on all MJ-related things ever, it just seems a little disingenuous to intentionally leave this out of the post

You’re right. But, in the same breath it shows how desperate Safechuck was as this is a real last grasp at any sort of financial benefit from the Jackson estate.
