the gloved one. the king of pop. the greatest. 17 years ago the world lost the biggest recording artist of all time, the definition of a legend who changed several fields, several times over.
Gonna honor the goat by posting some of my favs by him

Didnt he just put out a movie
watching the memorial ceremony broke me as a kid
Man..
I’m very glad the movie came out this year. Feels like a wave of love and memories were shared. The fact that his nephew channeled his movements, mannerisms and sound was a great reminder of the man. I’ll never forget where I was when this happened and it one of the first celebrity deaths that actually impacted me. RIP to the icon
The GOAT

If that final picture was a bit blurrier I could've posted it as fake news story somewhere else
'Did you know MJ met a young Kendrick Lamar in early 2009 while they were both at the same recording studio.
The young Kendrick Duckworth had just begun to record his debut EP when the greatest entertainer of all time was heard to have been in the building. A chance encounter occurred after an error in the main studio led to Michael asking if he could use the smaller studio that Kendrick was recording in.
As someone who always kept his ear to the streets as noted by him wanting Superthug-esque Neptunes production & by him being an early fan of Rick Ross, it came as no surprise that he took a liking to what he heard from Kendrick's recording session.
After a brief discussion about music, his influences and where Kendrick saw his career going, Michael had to depart but he left Kendrick with a final bit of advice. 'Perhaps instead of a 'A Nice Kid In A Mad City, how about you call it something like Good Kid In A Mad City, you know? Make it a bit tighter/shorter.' One can only wonder if a collaboration from that session may exist on a hard drive out there somewhere'
Had to throw in that Rick Ross thing too, that Chris Tucker bit about him being a massive Rick Ross seemed like it was obviously fake/written solely as a comedy bit
one of my earliest memories
had no idea who he was but I remember my parents screaming NOOOOOOOOOOO
RIP GOAT. Will never forget that being the first thing I saw turning on the TV and running outside just getting home from school screaming Michael Jackson died to anyone who I ran into. Truly a one of one. There will never be another MJ
greatest artist ever. the extent of his impact is still difficult to wrap my head around. most famous human in modern history, for good reason too. musical and choreographic genius in every sense of the word
