i think by today's standards it's all gonna look weird regardless. but also between the 80s/90s and now parents be overboard with the helicoptering
these kids aint outside at all they on Roblox For iPad and bein envious of the 1-2 friends they got who can have sleepovers whose parents are considered the scum of the earth by all the other parents

A lot of child laws were started IN THE 80s because of all the wild s*** in the 50s to then happening & parents not having any way to keep their children watched or cared for due to limited technology & the work they had to always do.
Also the 80s n 70s had way higher cases of cults, church & boarding school abuse so if you think thats the golden era for children even tho people say different & the reports, then ok 💀💀

MJ only got surveillanced 2 or 3 separate times; and those 2-3 times happened in the span of 10 years.

There were multiple claims made that were physically impossible to have covered up.
It’s true, it wasn’t a consistent 10 year surveillance but there were over 60 organisations and multiple jurisdictions broken in order to snag evidence.. and none of it existed
MJ was shooting a video while given the news NL was raided in 03. He had no idea it was happening - which is the whole point of a raid anyway
