Let’s get a sequence of Michael getting the inspiration for the Moonwalk, going through trials of trying to nail it, failing, then getting it right
These artists are always presented like Mary Sues in regards to their musical/performing skills and it’s annoying. Like their artistry is treated like set dressing alongside their personal lives instead of something to be earned and a key character trait

Speaking of: I’d love for just once we get a music biopic where we see the artist actually struggle with creating something, or at least the effort to go from the idea to the work we love. Let’s get a sequence of Michael getting the inspiration for the Moonwalk, going through trials of trying to nail it, failing, then getting it right

That’s the one thing that gets me so mad while watching these biopics. These artists creating these songs sporadically after humming a melody for 2 seconds.
What you’re saying about the Moonwalk sounds awesome, but you know they’re gonna play it off like a silly thing he perfected 2 seconds after he woke up lol.
I really don’t think a biopic is the right move for MJ. He’s one of those artists that should just get a mega budget anthology show taking us through different eras in his life.
