Michael is so much bigger than a movie, I really don’t think this is necessary or justified. The waves of negativity surrounding the controversies will wash up once again..
if they get a black actor , how are they going to do it when he becomes white?

It'll be amazing to see the 14x acquitted black man treated like a vile criminal whilst they couldn't (and still can't) stop singing the praises of a fat groomer of teenage girls
They tried it with the Musical (which won the most Tony's of a new musical & is a box office smash) so hopefully the film is just as successful.

if they're not bringing up "controversies" anyway (not that his disease should be a controversy), they should just stick to one black actor the whole film and not make him lighter
people wont get confused

In theory but the wrong people are attached. At least with Baz, we know it’s gonna be at least crazy.

King & Logan are good picks by the sounds of it, both heavily researched & by the sounds of it actually understand whats going on
Queen/Elvis/Elton all way easier to make films for.. I think it’s an impossible task regardless
Why
Because it will never be done properly, and can never live up to his name
I really don't see who they could cast for such a role.
Who could do it without being cringe or making it look like a parody ?
and the director needs to really capture his magic, i don't think making a movie too realistic is the way to go, the Bohemian Rhapsody movie looked so bland for example, it would be such a waste to do the same thing with MJ
They gotta get somebody with them eyes. It’s all about the eyes

He was dead beautiful bro lmao
Ngl do y’all remember the Bon Dylan biopic where they had mad different actors playing him? I wouldn’t be mad at that approach.
MJ had so many different eras I couldn’t imagine one guy nailing them all

yeah this should be the way to do it
