I really wanna watch this cause I loved Hill House and Bly and Doctor Sleep
but I was raised in the church as a kid... if this is some kinda questioning religion/God isn't real type show I'm probably not gonna get into it at all smh I'm scared

Finished it last night, awesome show.

I felt his writing around sobriety and addiction was very nuanced and personal. Makes so much sense seeing this
Loved this right up until the end, the zombie vampires was a bit much for me. Also, never did I think i'd be playing a gospel soundtrack in my life, that s*** was amazing.
I liked it. Only time it really turned into Monologue Mass, during episode 4 when they was talking about what happens when you die, and I'm like damn y'all really tagging each other in to be boring as f*** rn, I might just find out what happens when we die from this. Also wasn't a fan of the ending episodes, or Erin's final speech.
The actor who played Monsignor Prius was amazing tho
