Improbable to say the least. In 10 years they’re going to release 17 more cultures? Please, if you are going to try and make a funny, do it professionally on this website. Thank you.

He talked about it in his Zane interview last year and he just announced a new label.
Plus the case was announced done with last year they never even hit court
Until our people learn how to read and understand these contracts we are always going to be in a bad position. Talent from our communities stay getting f***ed over because they sign bad contracts. Legalese is a b****

It’s the predatory practices of the industry more so than it is the onus of new artist reading their contracts. The overwhelming majority of people on this site have probably not looked at the TOS for KTT, let alone things like Twitter, FB, or Snapchat.
The industry prays on underprivileged kids who never had nothing. Lotta people saying they should’ve hired their own lawyer, what money did they have to do something like that when they were coming up? QC provided them with a lawyer, who didn’t disclose the conflict of interest by representing both parties. So it’s again the predatory practices of the industry that need to desperately be reformed.

So being able to understand what’s in your contract wouldn’t aid in not signing a predatory contract? You should have some sort of understanding of what you’re signing even if you have your own lawyer and aren’t using one that has a conflict of interest.
And I get what your saying about not reading the terms and conditions of apps and sites because they collect your data and invade your privacy. But that’s not the same as signing away control and ownership of the products of your labor.

You're asking people that are typically in their early 20s, (usually younger these days 15-20) to learn about the legal aspect of the music industry. Just sticking to hip hop, these are kids that are potentially from impoverished areas. They're in the streets, and have a thousand other things to worry about. I'm not saying they're absolved of any fault in this, but, All they care about in that moment is making a song with their friends, maybe it gets hot and someone notices. You're asking kids who maybe never seen more than $1000 at one point to say no to someone flashing $10K and a gold chain in their face.
It's the predatory practices that need to be addressed, not the lack of kids knowing legal jargon at 15-20.
