I get what you are saying. My issue is in the duration not the terms.
The reason I say that is because it's their first deal. If you sign a rookie to his first contract for life, no termination, regardless of how much money they make back you are pimpin them. Simple.

Mr MotionIt’s the predatory practices of the industry more so than it is the onus of new artist reading their contracts. The overwhelming majority of people on this site have probably not looked at the TOS for KTT, let alone things like Twitter, FB, or Snapchat.
The industry prays on underprivileged kids who never had nothing. Lotta people saying they should’ve hired their own lawyer, what money did they have to do something like that when they were coming up? QC provided them with a lawyer, who didn’t disclose the conflict of interest by representing both parties. So it’s again the predatory practices of the industry that need to desperately be reformed.
we can go back and forth about who was more wrong but at the end of the day unless the weren't given a simple opportunity to read it themselves they should've at least tried and googled some s***. i doubt they were down that bad where they didn't have wifi at all.
s*** is f***ed up tho. these be the same people calling each other family and brother. just goes to show: these niggas are only your friend for how much as you can make them in dollars.

Lifetime anything is crazy but it’s almost like wrestling
Vince McMahon owns anything with the name “Razor Ramon” or “Undertaker”. He don’t own the actual person but he built those gimmicks up with his money and wardrobe/resources etc
It’s kinda the same with rap music IMO if a label builds u from making music on socked mics in closets and bathrooms
