neoni was just watching this mike posner interview, kinda depressing honestly. i knew he wrote the massive maroon 5 song sugar but didn’t realize they took it from him. label didn’t wanna pay dr. luke’s team for it to be his single thought it’d tank if he sang it. also he mentions that boyfriend by justin bieber was for the same album, rough. great he still has such a positive outlook though.

I’m sure both Boyfriend and Sugar were meant for the scrapped album Sky High. Unfortunately it seems like since Looks Like S***flopped the label pulled the plug
