this was pretty great, didnt love it. sheesh the train fight was insane. ilsa death actually shocked me and made me pretty sad

rogue nation and fallout definitely better than this. rogue nation is still the goat. definitely wanna watch this another time

that first line

the scene where they are climbing up the falling train is an instant top 10 action setpiece for me. mouth agape tears in my eyes for that whole bit. me and my brother looked at each after that scene and just put our hands in the air in joy and exasperation at what we had just witnessed

best film of the year but I haven't seen past lives.

Next movie starts off with an extended clip of Ethan telling ilsa she’s dead.

She says it’s not convincing enough. They plan the stabbing.

I was smiling all the way through that sequence

Didn’t love this and I’m a huge Tom / mission impossible guy.

I think Fall Out and Rogue Nation are better. This might be better than Ghost Protocol. I’ll need to watch again. The opening was so slow compared to previous films. The train sequence was great. The Tom cruise car chase and running scenes are instant classics. Story line and supporting cast could’ve been brighter.
