If they do they likely moved in from somewhere else .

Not in those southern towns those police forces over there be majority black because the city, suburbs next to it, small towns down the road, and metro is mostly black unlike most other regions

I’m not speaking about the whole world , I’m talking about the United States , where census data will back up my notion that this country is majority white , regardless of mitigating circumstances such as the faulty definition(s) regarding who is considered to be a white person in the United States
Also , I specifically reiterated , and feel compelled to do so once again , that my inclination to view the vast majority of evil people as white is not meant to be taken as fact , but rather the result of life in America being an extremely traumatic experience for me and all the other black people born and raised here . You appear to be on the opposite end of that spectrum , and your efforts to either downplay or minimize that is equal parts oblivious , guilty , and a whole host of other adjectives
