You’ve gotten some real good advice @op . I dont have much to offer being a straight guy myself, but I respect your humanity and resilience.

If you don’t already, get a job and start saving. Look at options in your area for disadvantaged youth or something in that vein if things get real dicey. Get a Y membership or an equivalent and work out to destress.

When 18 hits peace the f*** out. If you want to have one last talk with your mum do so. Just have no expectations and make sure you have a place to stay.
