    Whats wild to me is I feel like this about most music now

    really all music now especially since Hov/Kendrick dont drop, Ye is melting, Wayne fell off, Cole is kinda getting repetitive and Drake is hit or miss with replay value. He's really the last one lmao

    I think it goes down to less quality and more product, these rappers release practically 80 songs a year and don't really focus on making a great song or album

    Back in the day, a rapper would spend 2 years making an album

    Today, a rapper will release 2 albums and a joint tape

    Thats usually not how it works
    People just pick which one they like most and that one goes. Like when an album drops and one of the tracks picked by the public becomes the single (like in my feelings). Also khaled seems to push popstar more cause that was the initial track drake gave him. He only received greece since it leaked

    Not a Drake circle jerker but this is 1. Khaleds single and 2.Not even the current song being pushed (Popstar).

    I feel like it being a Khaled record have nothing to do with it tbh. Drake name is attached to it and if you’re a fan you know about the song. It just seem like people aren’t rocking with it.
