Never played Monster Hunter but interested in this for sure
Play world. It’s pretty accessible for new players and incredibly fun. Beware, you might get sucked in a few hundred hours
Just downloaded the demo & started tearing up hearing the intro music. Wtf, why am I shivering?
I’m about to buy the game just based off the power of its intro music, I’ve never heard Japanese sung so... sadly before
The monsters are looking so good in this game man. The variety of monster types is wild as hell too.
S*** is crazy what they're able to pull off on the switch. The new fort defense mode for rampage quests they showed in the direct today was awesome.
Rise is shaking up Monster Hunter gameplay more than any other title has in the series thus far.

True crazy this is running on the Switch
Someone convince me to grab this game
Been playing since 04 and for some reason I don't have as much interest for this one

A demo exists
I'm aware.
Don't have a switch.
Then i dont get ur question
Only u know if its worth it to drop around $400+, shouldnt let strangers on the internet decide that one for just one game imo
It's great based off the demo tho, like any other monster hunter, & its the one that has the most new stuff out any other title in the series thus far. They also dont feel gimmicky.

Real, i got a wii U specifically for Tri Ultimate along with Pikmin 3 too.
If ur a big fan of the series & got the money then i dont see why not. The special edition of the MH switch version looks super fire too, so you can get that as a bundle.
Also, if you havent played Generations Ultimate, its also on Switch now as well instead of just the 3DS.
I started on the PSP with the Tigrex one but stopped playing when it got to the 3DS cuz i couldnt get used to the 3DS for that type of game, but im glad its back on home consoles with Wii/ Wii U Tri, World PS4 etc. & now Switch with Rise.
Rise seems pretty fire so far & the new monsters look brazy, also probably the most diverse monster skeletons we ever had too while evolving the gameplay a significant amount. Its just -more- monster hunter with a more substantial twist.
Personally one of my most looked forward titles of the whole year, & i also own both the PS4 & X1 along with Switch.
Edit: Just be aware tho that a new Switch console will probably come out in a year or two, the Switch 2 or whatever they'll call it.
its amazing
