How much quicker compared to World?

i think only one hunt has taken me over 20 minutes lol most averaging ~15 minutes. haven’t lost a hunt yet, only fainted like 3 times so far too.

most of 4 star hunts in world were taken me 25 minutes minimum

Started this recently too, just reached lv 4 village quests. Haven’t failed a mission yet, only fainted twice to that mfer Barroth. Guy gave me hell in Monser Hunter Tri, but he couldn’t manage to end the quest this time around

facts the Barroth got a cart out of me as well. just killed the Rathian in 18 minutes, and 2 of those were spent running around the map

playing Rise made me pick Iceborne back up, i can’t beat Barioth to save my mf life

Got this on Switch but that 30fps was unbearable.

Gunlance feels extremely nerfed in Rise so far I hope it picks up once I land some Artillery but it's not feeling good at all

Might switch from the Gunlance Boys this time around...

I take it back-- the damage for Gunlance is still pretty low, but the skills are really good. Blast Dash especially is some of the most fun I've ever had in a MH game.

I hope it still gets some buffs though in Sunbreak. Wide shelling is drowning rn, which sucks since it's my favorite shelling type.

And why the f*** is the game shilling the LS so much?

always used heavy bowgun on World, converted to long sword on Rise and haven’t looked back

and i picked long sword this time just cuz i wanted it to feel like a Souls game lmfao

whenever i play these games, i tend to switch up the weapons i use pretty frequently. when i stopping playing on switch, i was using bow (meta ). am currently using dual blades on PC. might give sword and shield a go because i've always liked it, but don't believe i've tried it in rise
